Returns

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the goods in any way please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@cwear.com.au.

You may return the goods and receive a refund or exchange provided:

  1. They are received at the Returns Department, PO Box 249, Hunter Region MC, NSW 2310, Australia within 30 days. These 30 days commence the day after your order is shipped.

  2. They have not been damaged, soiled, washed or worn and must include the original packaging, labelling and a copy of the invoice (enclosed with the delivered goods).

  3. Please note we are unable to accept returns for customised products.

We will do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that C Wear is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange, but you are responsible for returning the item for exchange or refund.

No customised items will be exchanged or refunded.

How to make a return or exchange

Please include a copy of the original invoice with instructions regarding the exchange or refund you require.

It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.

Refunds are processed against the original order number and original credit card or paypal account which was used for the purchase.

Include a correct working email address with all correspondence so we can contact you immediately if we need further information.
